Recorded from December 2022 to March 2023, entirely on my phone.

Although this album may be entirely instrumental, the songs hold a lot of meaning to me, being inspired mostly by two things.

The first of which being the frustration I felt after being in a serious car crash. I couldn't do much of anything for months. I felt trapped inside my own body, and that's already a concept I've struggled with in the past. While it's much better now there's still and will probably always be physical pain that I have to learn to live with.

The second source of inspiration is a nightmare that I have had a handful of times since the previously mentioned accident, in which I am chased by a deer on an empty road in the middle of the night. It ends the same way every time: it catches up to me, and I am eaten alive.
